August 12, 2021 Casey Nighbor

Last year’s peak season proved to be vastly different than any peak season before it. But the 2021 peak season will have its own unique set of challenges. Despite the world returning to a sense of normalcy, there are still lingering supply chain issues as well as a tough labor market. Many operations will most likely face hiring and retention challenges this season.

Diving into the survey results

This guide will dive further into the research as we head into the 2021 season.
