Halloween looked very different this year. From “trunk or treat” to candy chutes to individually wrapped bags of candy, the pandemic took a lot out of trick-or-treating. But it didn’t have to take all of the fun.
The Staff Management | SMX team in Salem, Ind., partnered with other tenants in their shopping plaza to host a Drive Thru Trick or Treat event on Oct. 30. And it was a rousing success. Cars started lining up at 5:30 and the team handed out more than 500 bags in the first 20 minutes.
“We ended up handing out over 1,800 bags of candy between everyone involved,” said Jackie Davidson, Staff Management | SMX account manager. “The feedback was excellent. Parents
and grandparents all said this was the best idea and thanked all of us for making sure the children stayed safe and were still able to trick or treat.”
